SquadTrip needed to ship an entire group travel platform - frontend, backend, payments, booking, dashboards, deployment - on an aggressive timeline. They needed an engineering partner who could own the full stack, integrate complex booking workflows with group payment splitting, and ensure a smooth launch experience across browsers and devices.

QAOcean built and deployed SquadTrip's platform end-to-end. We delivered the React frontend, Node.js backend, Stripe payment integration with split payments, admin dashboards, and AWS deployment - production-ready in 11 weeks. End-to-end test coverage across all critical flows (trip creation, group invitations, booking management, payment processing) shipped alongside the build. Cross-browser validation and payment-gateway integration testing were completed before launch.
